This document provides a summary of the FlexGIA™, one of four standard contract forms used by IAC™ Insurers. The FlexGIA™ Policy Form is designed to be issued by IAC™ Insurers which are Investors Guaranty Assurance Type life|assurance companies, licensed for a specific FlexGIA™ contract Form. 

This Policy Form is Version 5.0 for USDollar applications. It is specifically designed for use in USD transactions.  The contract may be issued as a medium-term debt obligation.
