This document provides a summary of the GIA™ Policy Form, one of four standard policy forms used by IAC™ Insurers.
The GIA™ Policy Form may only be issued by IAC™ Insurers which are
Investors Guaranty Assurance Type life|assurance companies, and who have
been licensed for a specific GIA™ Policy Forms.
This Policy Form is Version 5.0 for multi-currency applications.
